"I wouldn't have done as well as I did last year if it wasn't for Tutorpedia. Toby was the best tutor I've had - she was smart, patient, and explained things in a very clear and easy to understand way. We worked together on everything: she helped me with my homework, we studied for tests and quizzes together, and she coached me on my study skills and organizational strategies. Toby has taught me not just specific concepts, but their relevance to the real world, as well. It was a relief to know that I had a tutor - a mentor - who was there every step of the way. Thank you Tutorpedia!" (Meet Toby)

Tutorpedia: "Why is Tutoring Important?"
"I would like to say how helpful the tutoring sessions in math have been for me over the last couple of years. Through these sessions I have been able to develop the necessary confidence to tackle AP Calculus my senior year. Not only have I received excellent help with my homework, but Tutorpedia has solidified concepts that show up on tests and quizzes. Despite the fact that we do math during the sessions, I find them fun and enjoyable because of the friendly tutors. Thank you very much!"
"As a hardworking and successful student there aren't many subjects or assignments that have left me 'stuck'. However when high school honors science began to cause more than the average workload stress I began to panic. Tutorpedia helped me when I was in a bind with honors chemistry during my sophmore year. Last year, as a junior in honors physics I decided that having a tutor would be proactive, especially because of my added course load for junior year. With both Seth and Carey's help I was able to pull a solid A in a very rigorous honors physics course. I became excited about science and was really able to enjoy the class. By the end of the year I had the second highest score in all of the honors physics sections. I cannot thank Tutorpedia enough." (Meet Seth)
